We begin by analyzing your specific needs, considering global flows, sustainability demands, and streamlining. Our expertise in the automotive industry informs our project management, ensuring tailored solutions.

Creative engineering

Our design process begins with thorough material collection. We use construction drawings and 3D prototypes as a basis for testing and development, ensuring a seamless transition to production.

Tool making

Because we manufacture the molding tools ourselves, we retain full control from the first sketch through to full-scale production and can ensure a precise and efficient process.

Manufacturing

Using advanced molding tool technology, we replace traditional manufacturing methods.

This allows profitability on tooling investments even for relatively small-volume requirements where injection molding is not normally the natural packaging alternative.

With 35 production lines in our plants, we cover a range of 250- to 2100-tonne machines.

Distribution

Ongoing growth in production ensures our customers always receive clean, produced packaging delivered to their sites for agreed volume planning.

Recycling

We have a growing network of local BoxonTech recycling hubs, where trays are turned into small plastic chips. This enables us to support customer flows on a global scale – both inland and overseas. 90% of the normal return freight is directly reduced.
